Refund policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

For other items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, undamaged, and suitable for resale with all original packaging included. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges.
